KATHMANDU: Hon'ble Ram Bir Manandhar (Minister for Urban Development, Government of Nepal) sets a new World Record - "Solo Concert by a Standing Minister". He performed 59 songs for 4 hours 5 minutes 20 seconds and also paid the Royalty for the intellectual property (Music /Song) performed in the program. The event was inaugurated by Honorable Parbat Gurung (Minister for Communications & Information Technology). Mrs. Radhika Shakya (First Lady/ Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's betterhalf) made her gracious presence & conveyed her best wishes on behalf of Prime Minister. The Provisional Certificate was handed over by Ms. Bhawani Rana (Former President, FNCCI /Goodwill Ambassador, World Book of Records) & Shri Keshav Sthapit (Former Minister).
