How to become a Member of AIITA

 

Any Person/Institute/Society/Trust/Organization could be a AIITA Member.

Instructions:- Online submission process is compulsory for both.

Online -Fill the Basic Application form of Membership on our website online and submit.

ONLINE:

  1. Choose your Membership Type.
  2. Filled properly with required details, upload photo, documents. 
  3. Pay online submission fees.
  4. Submit online form

 

Offline - Download the Basic Application form of Membership on our website and E-mail on info@aiita.org

OFFLINE:

  1. Download the Basic Application form on our website.
  2. Fill properly with required details.
  3. Choose the your membership type.
  4. Attach the necessary documents and photo.
  5. E mail at info@aiita.org

 

How to open a study center AIITA

 

Minimum Requirement to Open AIITA Institute

STEP -1

Any Person/Institute/Society/Trust/Organization can open Study Center .Choose your category & fill the basic online Application Form and pay submission fees and submit.

And

Download confirmation form on our website aiita.org and filled properly with required documents & Email with your BIO-DATA and Infrastructure of the proposed study center to info@aiita.org.

Infrastructure

  1. Floor Area minimum 500Sq. Feet or above.
  2. 1.Reception
  3. 1 Classroom
  4. 1 Computer Lab
  5. 5 Computers
  6. Washroom (Ladies/Gents)

Other Facilities

  1. Internet Connectivity
  2. Clean Water (RO)

Faculty

  1. Educational Qualification with One year Diploma in related Course.
  2. Receptionist – Educational Qualification and related work experience required.

STEP- 2

After receiving the confirmation form along with all required documents. Approval Mail will receive on your given Email-id then Pay Study Centre Fee. Payment should be done in favor of "ALL INDIA IT ASSOCIATION " and online A/c Transfer (Form & DD should be sent directly to Secretariat, 18/3,B, Pardeshipura , Near Bhandhari Hospital, Indore - 452003 (M.P.) India)

 

STEP- 3

After receiving the following document:

  • Photo copy of Institute/Company/Firm Registration.   ( if any).
  • Rent agreement (If Place is on rent)
  • Personal Identification proof
  • Passport size photographs
  • Residential Proof
  • Qualification Certificate Photocopy
  • Partnership deep photocopy (if any)
  • Rs. 500 Stamp Paper 2 copies for agreement

Authorization will be given after receiving the complete documents

 

STEP- 4

After signing the agreement and completion of documentation process. The entire Technical and Marketing support required for establishing the study centre will be provided by AIITA . Start up kit will send you for opening your newly center.

  6. Exam Form & Statement Sheets
  7. Magazine

 

STEP- 5

For the development and advertisement of your centre, AIITA Head Office will provide you guidance. For the initial advertisement of your center big main flex, pamphlets will be provided FREE of cost to study center. AIITA  do not force you for centralized expensive add, instead AIITA ask you to focus more on local newspaper advertisement as students from local 10-15 km area will join your centre.
